Dr. Penina Weiss (Israel)
Penina Weiss is Head of Occupational Therapy department and Driving Rehabilitation services (PhD, OTR, CDRS) at Rabin Medical Center and Lecturer at Tel Aviv University in Israel. She is one of the country's leading Occupational therapists in promoting the field of Driving rehabilitation and determining functional fitness to drive with various populations, integrating her experience to inform clinical practice, professional development, policy making and research. She received honorary recognition for her unique contribution by the Israeli Occupational Therapy Society (2015), and is a Consultant to the Rehabilitation department of the Israeli Ministry of Health, regarding driving.
